Han studied higher vocational nursing in Diemen and followed the Community Health postgraduate program at the University of Leiden. She is certified as a Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the IAF, accredited as an Insights Discovery Practitioner, and certified as a professional coach by the Alba Academy. She has worked for more than 15 years as a trainer and consultant for the public sector and non-governmental organizations in Europe, Africa and Asia. Han specializes in the coaching and training of trainers and facilitators.
