Pauline studied sociology and information science at  the Landbouwuniversiteit ar Wageningen (curently WUR). After graduating, she worked for eleven years in South America  and in Eastern Africa. Personal development and training skills are central to her work.  Creativity and challenge are key elements in her trainings.
